GroundskeeperLegend Management Group is a 100% fully COVID-19 vaccinated company and has a mandatory vaccination policy in place.As our Groundskeeper, you will upkeep the beauty of the community to maintain its curb appeal. You will upkeep grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and community buildings. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends. You will report to the Service Manager.Salary Range: $19-$22/hour with $5,000 annual bonus potentialYou Will:Remove trash from office, common areas and communityHelp with evictionsAssist in the preparation of market ready units including remove trash from vacant apartments to make-readyAssist in the cleaning of available apartments and or modelsAssist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problemsReport any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areasCheck and replace exterior lightingMaintain awareness of proper safety precautionsComplete Monthly Building/Grounds Inspection ReportInspect and water plant material/flowers to ensure health and longevityPaint curbs, signposts, playground equipment, fences, and other items that relate to grounds persons tasksRemove debris/litter/pet waste on the ground and all areas including apartments and dumpster areasHelp maintain inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and suppliesMaintain fences, gates, gutters, downspouts, retaining walls, sump pumps, playground equipmentHelp with any emergency maintenance including storm damage and snow removalRemove and bring appliances to shop and to apartmentsDistribute resident communications to resident's homesYou Have:High school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License & Vehicle1+ years of groundskeeping experienceThe ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditionsEnjoy A Variety of Perks and Benefits Including:Great compensation package and bonus plan100% employer-paid health insuranceDental & Vision InsurancePaid time off - holidays, vacation, sick, administrative, and bereavementCompany matched 401KTuition AssistanceAbout Us:Legend Management Group is an apartment management group with communities in Maryland and Virginia that has served the area's most discerning residents for over 35 years.
