Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $0.00/hour (rate discussed upon application)
• On-Call & Call Back Pay: As specified, details provided during hiring process
• Orientation: $262.50 (half the hourly rate after 8 hours)
• Additional Bonuses: 24-hour holiday call rate at $7,800, daily call rate at $5,200 or below
• Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; lodging options include preferred hotels with pre-negotiated rates

What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient GI consultations, including emergency procedures
• Perform endoscopic procedures, including ERCP and EUS
• Evaluate and manage GI bleeding and other GI problems
• Collaborate with trauma and hospitalist teams in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Support the facility during scheduled shifts and on-call responsibilities
• Maintain documentation in EPIC EMR and adhere to hospital protocols
• Contribute to patient care for adult and geriatric populations, with occasional pediatric trauma when applicable

What You Need

• Valid Colorado medical license and DEA registration
• Board-certified in Gastroenterology
• Minimum of 3 years of GI experience, with ERCP competency preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR (recent experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal support staff
• Flexibility to work 24-hour shifts and handle emergency procedures
