All stock grants are subject to executive review and approval in accordance with the Company's equity plan.Responsibilities:Support technical execution across multidisciplinary teams developing propulsion systems from requirements through production readiness.Coordinate technical planning and execution, including technical logic, work packages, design, integration, test, and issue resolution.Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support resource planning, schedule, risk, and program execution.Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to support alignment on requirements, performance, schedule, and technical decisions.Support delivery of engineering work products, technical documentation, design reviews, and required data items.Requirements:B.S. in engineering or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience considered.3+ years of engineering product development experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience supporting hardware through design, development, test, and/or production.Ability to work across engineering disciplines and execute technical assignments with increasing independence.Experience supporting technical planning, including task definition, estimates, and resource needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to varied audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with chemical propulsion systems, including monopropellant or hypergolic propulsion.Exposure to engineering development and technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR).Experience working with Systems Engineering to develop requirements, manage interfaces, support verification, and maintain alignment between requirements and design.Experience with propulsion test environments or hazardous propellants.Familiarity with technical documentation and customer deliverables.Understanding of configuration management, technical baseline control, and development risk management.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerEmployment Type: ExemptSalary: $96,000 - $120,000 Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made within the midrange, rather than the upper end.Work Schedule: Full TimeTravel Requirements: < 10%Location: Durango, COPosting Timeline: This position will remain open for a minimum of five (5) days and will continue to accept applications until the role is filled.
