Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU - Night Shift
Location: Englewood, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Description: Join our Respiratory Therapy team in the NICU, where you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a skilled respiratory therapist who is enthusiastic, has a high energy level, and is dedicated to making a difference in critical care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide breathing treatments and respiratory assessments to NICU infants and pediatric patients.
- Monitor and manage ventilator settings and patient progress using Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care respiratory therapy hospital experience.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification.
- NICU/PEDS experience is preferred.
- Level 1 Trauma experience is a plus.
