Position Summary Sam's Club #6662 31720 Gratiot Ave Roseville, MI 48066-4554 What You'll Do Be a Team Member : Collaborates with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests, educates others on tools, tasks, and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service. Be an Expert : Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines and service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality, and shows expertise in POS systems, phone, and in‑person selling techniques. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training. Be an Owner : Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to leadership, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory and audit safety standards, reports complaints or hazards, and completes required documentation. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate, models high‑quality service and products, influences and inspires teammates, respects differences, supports team members, and mentors others. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
