Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED/ER - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency setting
• Perform strong IV skills and cardiac rhythm interpretation/monitoring
• Manage ventilators and perform medication titration
• Respond effectively to emergency situations associated with STEMI, CVA, and sepsis
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - ED/ER - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS certifications
• Preferred TNCC certification
