We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a financial services team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing a great service experience.

The role will be primarily focused on online chat and video chat support, assisting customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and everyday financial solutions. You’ll also assist with transaction processing and problem resolution while working in a fast-paced environment where communication, professionalism, and accuracy are key. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and provide clear, courteous support for a wide range of service needs. • Handle everyday financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check-related requests, and other account activities.

• Support customers with opening, updating, and closing consumer accounts while addressing questions about account features and access.

• Assist with applications for credit cards, loans, and related financial products, helping customers understand available options.

• Strengthen customer relationships by identifying needs, explaining relevant services, and offering appropriate product recommendations.

• Complete order entry and account maintenance tasks with close attention to detail while keeping records current and accurate.

• Balance assigned cash handling duties and process daily deposit-related activities in accordance with established procedures.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while following security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

• Stay informed on current products, services, and promotions and contribute to a positive customer experience across branch and phone interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail banking, call center support, or cash handling is preferred.

• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally while delivering accurate and timely assistance.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consistently customer-focused approach.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to process transactions and service requests with accuracy.

• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and new business systems as needed.

• Ability to explain products, services, and processes in a simple and approachable manner.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts 8am to 6pm, including rotating Saturday morning hours.
