Outpatient Hybrid Therapist

Mindpath Health seeks an Outpatient Hybrid Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a blend of in-person and virtual visits. In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy to diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other clinicians, contribute to coordinated care, and document in our EHR.
