If you are a leader, it is time to start a career with Pizza Hut. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and operate in a fast-paced environment. Guide new initiatives and foster collaboration among team members to achieve store goals. Provide training and growth opportunities for staff, supporting ongoing development and performance improvement. Collaborate with experienced team members to maintain high standards of quality and service. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding teams. Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment and drive a successful team dynamic. Willingness to participate in training and take on new challenges with enthusiasm. Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $18 – $20 per hour based on experience and restaurant location. Plus, eligible for profit share bonuses. Flexible schedules, Same day pay, Profit share bonuses, Healthcare benefits, 401k, Paid Sick Leave, PTO after six months (capped at 40 per year).
