Job Summary

SERVPRO is seeking dependable and hardworking Restoration Technicians to assist with water, fire, mold, and cleanup restoration services. This position includes demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, drying, and maintaining safe and professional worksites. Team members must be willing to work in physically demanding environments and participate in an on-call rotation.

Primary Responsibilities

Load and unload vehicles with equipment, tools, and supplies needed for each project.

Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.

Set up containment, drying equipment, air filtration devices, and staging areas.

Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleaning services.

Remove materials such as drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and carpet as directed.

HEPA vacuum and disinfect affected areas using approved cleaning products.

Protect and move customer contents and furniture when needed.

Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Complete end-of-day and jobsite cleanup.

Follow the company on-call policy.

Qualifications

Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, duct cleaning, biohazard cleanup, or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Dependable transportation required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.

Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
