Description

We’re looking for an experienced (1-2 years' experience preferred) Asphalt/Concrete Technician who can lead repair projects, run equipment confidently, and deliver high‐quality work on every job. What You’ll Do

Lead asphalt and concrete repair projects for parking lots and paved surfaces
Perform advanced repairs: crack sealing, pothole patching, resurfacing, concrete patching
Operate skid‐steers, asphalt repair machines, compactors, mixers, and power tools
Inspect sites, determine repair scope, and
choose proper materials and methods
Train and guide junior technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
Complete daily documentation of work performed and materials used
Communicate with supervisors and clients about project progress
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years asphalt/concrete repair experience (parking lots preferred)
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a crew
Ability to read site plans and follow project specifications
Skilled with heavy equipment and repair tools
