LPN/LVN – Contract

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Contract: 6 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to support an Internal Medicine Clinic. The ideal candidate will have outpatient clinic experience, strong blood draw skills, and experience working with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support in an Internal Medicine outpatient setting.
• Perform blood draws and assist with laboratory procedures.
• Take patient histories, vital signs, and support patient care.
• Assist multiple physicians and residents with daily clinic activities.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC.
• Support general clinical and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience within the past 3 years .
• Experience with blood draws/venipuncture required .
• EPIC experience preferred/required.
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or similar outpatient settings preferred.
• Must have active national certification if applying as a CMA.
• Must be able to verify education and previous employment.
• Orientation during Week 1 will be held in Euless, TX.
