Our Partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and family-centered team. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-home, clinic-based, and remote work, allowing flexibility while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Dedicated teams support scheduling, documentation review, billing, and staff trainingallowing clinicians to focus on client care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles
• Oversee and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of therapy programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with families to support carryover of skills in the home environment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities

• Hybrid work model with scheduled remote days

Required Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and therapy implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders
• Experience supervising clinical staff or Behavior Technicians
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
