Claims Representative

Overview Manage the manual claims process for entry into the warranty website. Process and maintain warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria for claims. Primary Duties Deliver a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs consistently. Enter accurate, valid, and complete information for warranty claims. Work with customers and internal staff on RGA and RGA billing. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Order entry to support other departments as needed. Assist with any clerical duties. Process claims during high volume times. Qualifications High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Experience in customer service or a related field; HVAC industry experience is helpful. Remain calm when customers are stressed or upset. Strong organizational skills. Strong customer communication and customer service orientation. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Essential Functions Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. Some travel is expected.
