Operations Supervisor

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution industry, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team. As a Department, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Operations Supervisor

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: $27

Shift: 1st Shift 7am-5pm Sat-Tues or M-F 9am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

• Develop and implement programs aimed at reducing quality defects and improving overall performance.

• Lead, motivate, and build a cohesive team to foster a positive work environment.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with suppliers such as Elwood, Randstad, Staffmark, Manpower, and ICON to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

What's Needed?

• Strong background in quality management and performance improvement.

• Experience in team building and leadership roles.

• Ability to develop and execute programs to reduce defects and enhance productivity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work the second shift schedule.
