Full Time Shift Leader

Chick-fil-A Shift Leader At Chick-fil-A Enterprise, the Shift Leader role is built for individuals who want real responsibility, not just a title. This role is responsible for leading the operation during your shift, often overseeing 20 or more team members within a multi-million dollar business. You will set the pace, coach the team in real time, and ensure food safety, speed, and service standards are executed at a high level. You are not just supporting the shift. You are owning it.
