Duties:

·         Perform general custodial duties including cleaning common areas, offices, and housing units through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window washing, and trash removal.

·         Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet extractors, and floor machines.

·         Complete apartment turnovers by thoroughly cleaning units and preparing them for new residents.

·         Inspect assigned areas for safety concerns and report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply needs.

·         Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

·         Assist with basic facilities tasks including painting, minor repairs, moving furniture/appliances, landscaping, and snow removal.

·         Help ensure buildings are secure by following proper opening/closing procedures and alarm protocols.

·         Perform additional duties as assigned.

What we look for...

•      Requires the ability to travel to various locations. License and car NOT required but helpful

•      Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull and move objects up to 50 pounds.

•      Ability to work in cold and hot environments.

•      Good attitude
