Life Enrichment Coordinator

Location: Wellington, KS, USA Job Type: FullTime At Homestead of Wellington , we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our senior residents. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and engaging experience for our residents. Our assisted living community offers private apartment homes, where residents can furnish and decorate to their liking, allowing them to maintain their independence and individuality. Responsibilities Develop and implement daily activities and programs designed to stimulate our residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being Collaborate with residents, families, and care team members to create personalized activity plans Plan and execute social events, outings, and entertainment programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement Foster a sense of community by promoting social connections and friendships among residents Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to continuously improve our activity programs Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, or related field) or equivalent experience Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in senior living, activity programming, or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs and priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care What We Offer Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview process) A dynamic and supportive work environment that values teamwork and community Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr Midwest Health, Inc.
