Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift, 5x8 hours, from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM. Every third Saturday is required.
The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive memory care and rehabilitation services to patients with a focus on strong spine and neuro conditions. This role requires the ability to assess, evaluate, and implement treatment plans for patients with multiple diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients with neurological disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and home care needs.
- Ensure compliance with rehabilitation protocols and documentation standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years of OT experience required; first-time travelers are accepted.
- Active state OT license required.
- NBCOT certification required.
- BLS certification required.
