Now Hiring: Payroll Operations Specialist | Expense & Payroll Processing We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Specialist to support payroll operations, expense processing, and employee support within a high-volume, multi-state environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret policies, review documentation, and resolve employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Process expense report data accurately and meet required deadlines Review audit reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections Apply company policies and government regulations to payroll and expense processing Research and resolve employee questions related to payroll and expenses Review contracts and support specialized workforce groups, including union employees Maintain accurate records to support payroll processing and reduce payment errors Assist with system testing, process improvements, and special projects Communicate issues and discrepancies to payroll leadership Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment Experience with expense report processing and/or Concur required.
