Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensiveprimary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat acute andchronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care,wellness exams, and health screenings.
• Develop long-termrelationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with specialistsand an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Utilize evidence-basedmedicine to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation using the electronic medical record.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accreditedFamily Medicine residency program
• Eligible for or currentlyholding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification oreligibility to obtain
• Excellent communication,interpersonal, and clinical skills
