This is a full-time, 12-hour evening shift at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest. Bonus Eligible* Hours are primarily 10:30-11:00 PM or sometimes 8:30-9:00 PM. Join our team as a Surgical Tech where you will:

• Ensure OR rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Monitor sterile field throughout procedure.
• Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.
• Position and transport patients.
• Organize room cleanup and ensure efficient room turnover, including decontaminating equipment as necessary.

Required Qualifications: One (1) year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program. Current BLS from the American Heart Association Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years' experience CST Certification 1 year trauma experience
