OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF: Seeking experienced administrative staff who can assist with general office duties. The office is staffed with 8 to 10 enthusiastic adults, who work on a rotation basis in order for the office to remain open 16 hours daily. Requirements OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in day-to-day operation of the camp office. * Answer phones and respond to voicemails in a professional manner. * Sort and distribute both camper & staff letter, packages, and messages. * Data entry into computer using Cayuga’s custom software. * Record keeping, copying, and filing. * Assist with website design (we use Joomla). * Assist with other general office and administrative duties as assigned. * Work together as a team. * Possess a good sense of humor, and the ability to laugh! 40+ LEADERSHIP POSITIONS: Camp Cayuga is actively supervised by the Camp Directors and over 40 Senior Staff members, who are professional educators, school teachers, coaches, guidance counselors, and the like.
