Job Description
Objective: Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and accuracy standards
Core Responsibilities
- Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform shipping/receiving + inventory tracking
- Enter shipping data (FedEx / UPS systems)
- Pick, pack, and organize inventory
- Load/unload materials and maintain stock organization
- Deliver orders locally to customers
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment
- Interact with customers regarding deliveries/orders
Required Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Basic computer skills (email + Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and safety adherence
- Experience with:
- Shipping & receiving
- Inventory / data entry
- Loading & unloading materials
- Ability to:
- Work independently and on a team
- Multitask in a fast-paced warehouse
Nice-to-Have:
- Forklift operation + delivery driving experience
- Online shipping systems experience
Soft Skills:
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Positive attitude, energy, and time management
