Role Description The Senior Multimedia Designer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Phoenix Area. This role is responsible for designing and producing multimedia content that supports FlexTG’s brand, marketing campaigns, and customer communications. Day‑to‑day tasks include creating graphic and video assets, developing visual concepts for digital and print materials, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into clear visual narratives. The Senior Multimedia Designer will also maintain brand consistency across channels, manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, and contribute to the evolution of FlexTG’s visual identity and design standards. Qualifications Strong multimedia design skills, including experience with Multimedia and Video Production tools and workflows. Proficiency in visual design, including Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print assets. Experience in Web Design, with the ability to create engaging, user‑friendly interfaces and visual layouts. Advanced skills in industry‑standard design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, motion graphics and video editing tools). Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, with a portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and graphic design work. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.
