MSP Owner Position

Location: Boston, MA - Onsite / Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

Competencies: Digital: Cloud DevOps, Digital: DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Identity and access management (SSO, RBAC, federation)
Automation and scripting
API integrations and system orchestration
DevOps and CI/CD optimization
Problem-solving and troubleshooting

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or automation roles
Hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, SAML, OIDC, lifecycle management)
Experience integrating SaaS platforms (GitLab, MongoDB, Datadog, Docker, or similar)
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
Experience with APIs and automation frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement SSO and identity workflows using Okta
Integrate Okta with internal and third-party platforms (GitLab, HCP, MongoDB, Datadog, Docker)
Build and maintain automation for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignments
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts for system management
Standardize access control and enforce least-privilege principles across platforms
Automate lifecycle management for users, groups, tokens, and service accounts
Collaborate with security teams to enhance identity governance and compliance
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows within GitLab
Implement monitoring and alerting integrations with Datadog
Troubleshoot integration, authentication, and automation issues
Document automation processes, integrations, and system architecture
