Position Perks and Benefits Competitive hourly rate Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Friendly and supportive work environment Flexible scheduling Professional development opportunities Recognition and reward programs Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members Represent Brightlife Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner Schedule client appointments and manage client flow Collect payment and handle billing and insurance matters Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and providers Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information Education and/or Experience Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with medical terminology and billing procedures a plus Mission Statement A mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance use care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients.
