\nFULL-TIME PARAMEDIC
\n$57,200.00 - $69,212.00 / year depending on experience
\n\n
We’re hiring Paramedics that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care to our customers.
\n\n
This is a full-time position.
\n\n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. \n
- Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care. \n
- Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given. \n
- Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed. \n
- Drive the ambulance on 911 responses. \n
- Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics. \n

Other Responsibilities:

- Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations. \n
\n
Minimum Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED). \n
- Kansas Paramedic certification or eligible for Kansas certification. \n
- State Driver’s License. \n
- BLS and ACLS required upon hire. PALS is preferred, but not required. \n
- Driving record compliant with company policy. \n
- Pass Physical Agility Test. \n
- Some work experience, preferably healthcare. \n
