Full Time Retail Keyholder

We are seeking a full-time Retail Keyholder that contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience for each customer. This individual will support day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, stock organization, and maintaining efficient operational workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience both in-store and our online business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers to store utilizing 5-star language.
• Drive sales by exceeding sales goals and service expectations
• Actively contributes to the store environment by restocking products, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness based on brand standard.
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to maintain inventory levels and inventory counts.
• Assists Retail Manager in the fulfillment of orders placed on The Dewberry Webstore
• Complete all daily operating procedures through opening and closing checklists.
• Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge to the customer.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails received in the retail division
• Maintain a visible, engaging and active presence in the Shop

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2-3 years of luxury retail experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and has an eagerness to provide unparalleled guest experience
• Ability to lift fifty pounds, stand or sit for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
