We are hiring an exceptional Veterinary TechnicianorVeterinary Technician Specialist (VTS)to join our team. If you enjoyintensivepatientcareand working in acomplex and collaborative environment, This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay: $21.00 - $48.00 / hour Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified LVT, CVT, RVT, LVMT, or VTS! This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through leveling system . We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.*Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example: Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential As aCritical Care Technician, you will: Provide care to our critical patients including those receiving extracorporeal therapy like hemodialysis and therapeutic plasma exchange. Work incollaboration with ourboardedcriticalists, skilled technicians, and assistants to provide high quality, progressive medical care to your patients Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR Place IVC’s and advanced catheters like central lines, PICC lines,and arterial catheters. Use advanced monitoring like direct arterial blood pressure, capnography, and continuous telemetry Assisting in the ICU, including monitor and care forpatients receiving mechanical ventilation and other critical patients Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
