A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating coffee-making equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks in accordance with company standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Take and process customer orders accurately
  • Manage cash register and handle payments
  • Restock supplies and inventory as needed
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations
