Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Days with call - rotation of days and nights.
Job Description The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) will be responsible for supporting surgical teams by ensuring the operating room is properly equipped and prepared for surgery. The role includes scrub duties and assistance during surgical procedures for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures. Assist the surgical team with scrub duties. Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures. Ensure the operating room is properly set up and stocked. Communicate effectively with surgical staff and report any concerns.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operating room setting preferred. Knowledge of common surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment.
