divh2Service Coordinator/h2pThe Service Coordinator supports Field Service Technicians by communicating with, responding to, and acting on customer, dealer and retailer requests, questions, and concerns, and administers service needs per Cavco Homes warranty and service guidelines./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliProcesses work orders to assist Field Service Technicians, communicates information or updates as needed/liliResponds to customer calls and emails regarding service questions/liliInterprets and administers Cavco Homes Warranty/Service Policy according to its terms and conditions/liliRepresents Cavco Homes professionally and effectively/liliUtilizes equipment and personnel efficiently and effectively/liliImplements a priority identification system for work orders that require special handling/liliPrioritizes and schedules service, minimizing consumer complaints and managing service backlog/liliCreates and schedules service and parts requests for factory, contractors and dealers/liliReviews, verifies and approves contractor and dealer service invoices prior to payment/liliUtilizes vendor claim process to ensure that defective parts are returned for credit/liliMaintains accurate service records and files/liliCommunicates shortages, product quality or design problems, material problems, dealer problems, etc. to the Service Manager/liliAssists associates with parts as needed/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliMust be legally authorized to work in the United States/liliMust be able to read, write and speak English/liliHigh School Diploma is preferred/liliMust successfully pass pre-employment requirements/liliAt least one year of demonstrable experience in a Customer Service role is preferred/liliDemonstrable experience effectively communicating with others, both verbal and written, is required/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:/pulliExceptional customer service skills/liliEffective planning, organization and time-management skills/liliAbility to make effective decisions concerning the need for home repairs, with a focus on customer and company interests/liliAbility to effectively read and interpret construction prints/liliAbility to adapt to, and manage competing demands, frequent change and unexpected events/liliAbility to identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently/li/ulpWorking Conditions:/pulliMinimal exposure to heat, cold, noise and working outdoors/liliMust wear personal protective equipment as required in the manufacturing facility/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliRequires sitting to a significant degree/liliHeavy Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force periodically, and/or up to 20 pounds or force infrequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects/liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees as well as function safely around construction equipment/li/ulpDisclaimer: This job description is intended to provide general information about the position.
