Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Informatica MDM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Python, along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and deliver high-quality data solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions.
Architect and implement MDM workflows, data models, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.
Develop, tune, and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions for data processing and integration.
Use Python for automation, data analysis, validation, and scripting tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data architects, and integration teams.
Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and security standards.
Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide performance optimization.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (data governance, data quality, matching & merging).
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Solid expertise in Python for automation and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive successful project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale enterprise MDM implementations.
Familiarity with data integration tools and enterprise data architectures.
Relevant certifications in Informatica MDM, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, or Python are a plus.
