User Experience Designer Make an Impact as a User Experience Designer in Harker Heights! Are you a creative, detail-oriented UX Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences? User Experience Designer Responsibilities Design and Develop User Interfaces Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide the development process. Implement responsive, accessible, and modern designs using front-end frameworks. Enhance User Experience Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs. Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and seamless interactions. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals. Provide constructive feedback and ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms. Stay Ahead of UX Trends Research and adopt the latest UX design tools, trends, and methodologies. Champion user-centered design principles across the organization. Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred). Skills & Experience Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
