RN - Med-Surg - Kansas City, MO - Direct Hire/ Full-Time

Job Title: Med-Surg RN

Location: Kansas City, MO

Type: Permanent Contingent | Days & Nights Available (Rotating Weekends)

Pay: $30.04 - $41.50/hr (based on experience)

Shift Differential: +$4/hr Nights | +$4/hr Weekends

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Night Shift Candidates (2-year commitment required)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Med-Surg RN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with hospital standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans
• Supervise and delegate duties to non-licensed nursing staff appropriately
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
• Recent acute care experience is not mandatory
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license or Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
