Human Resources Business Partner

KanPak LLC, a leader in shelf-stable beverages and desserts for major foodservice and retail brands, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner II to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with plant and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives. You will lead staffing and workforce planning for multi-shift production, coach supervisors, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and leverage HR data to support continuous improvement, engagement, and retention across our quality- and safety-focused culture.
