Supporting patients and providers in a remote capacity, the temporary-to-permanent Remote Care Coordinator - Spanish will manage patient accounts, facilitate access to healthcare services, and provide exceptional customer service while working full-time. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and provide resolutions Create, process, and maintain accurate referrals and applications while managing patient accounts Deliver empathetic support and education to patients, guiding them through available resources and processes Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Fluent in both Spanish and English 1-3 years of related experience preferred Previous customer service experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer policies preferred
