Pay: $40.86 - $45.67/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1-hour unpaid meal break
Assignment Length: Start ASAP for about 4 – 6 weeks
Company/Position Overview: Our client, a strategic marketing consulting firm, is seeking a Payroll Consultant. They are transitioning and strengthening their payroll processes and functions while recruiting a permanent Payroll Supervisor. While they go through the recruiting process, they would like to bring in a Payroll Consultant who can provide some hands-on support and help assess workflows, controls, documentation, backup coverage, and process gaps. This position will report to the Vice President, Operations, and will work on-site at their Lakewood Headquarters.

- Approximately 500 employees
- Multi-entity, operating across nearly all 50 states
- ADP Workforce Now
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong experience with multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, 401(k), reconciliations, year-end, deductions/garnishments, and employee changes
- ADP Workforce Now
Dress: Business Casual; nice jeans are okay
