Dishwasher

Sela V Hotel is opening a new restaurant in Brooklyn, and we're looking for a Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping a fast-moving kitchen clean and running. This is a real seat on the team — not just a task list.

A day on the job: You'll run the dish station through breakfast and dinner service, keep pots, pans, and tools moving back to the line fast, and help the kitchen team stay ahead during the rush. Between services, you'll help with basic prep and general cleaning.

Our team: Led by our Executive Chef, our kitchen runs on speed, cleanliness, and people who show up for each other during service.

Requirements — Required: Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience. Strong cleanliness standards and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and high volume. Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. Reliability and punctuality. Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). A stable work history with previous employers.
