Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager Skilled Nursing position is based in Fairview, Pennsylvania. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a large skilled nursing facility with 300 beds divided across multiple units. The Nurse Manager will coordinate staffing, monitor resident care, and serve as a building supervisor during evening, night, and weekend shifts in a post-acute care setting.

• Shift Schedule: Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; valid license to submit; working knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) electronic charting system; managing staff in a skilled nursing care setting; effective leadership skills and ability to oversee multiple units
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a nurse manager in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Additional Information: The role requires supervising floor nurses, LPNs, and CNAs, managing resident care plans, scheduling external services, and responding to resident needs. The position involves ensuring compliance with facility policies, coordinating interdisciplinary team goals, and operating within a post-acute care setting. No RT on-site. The shift includes overseeing multiple units with a focus on quality resident care and staff supervision.
