Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional business stakeholders, project management, and technology partners to drive projects from business‑case analysis through implementation. Communicate effectively with senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders. Develop and deliver presentations to senior management. Identify complex risks and issues, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions with diverse teams. Establish and maintain a team environment with limited supervision and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in healthcare, business analysis consulting, systems implementation, or project management roles within the healthcare industry. At least 3 years of experience managing large, complex, multi‑million dollar projects. Experience communicating with senior management across multiple divisions. Experience developing and delivering presentations. Problem‑resolution skills, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, and negotiation skills. Verbal and written communication skills, establishing working relationships across departments. Ability to work with limited supervision and in group settings, responding to rapidly changing priorities. Organizational skills and detail orientation. PC proficiency, including MS Office products and Visio. Preferred Qualifications Management consulting experience. Health insurance or healthcare industry experience. Experience supervising project teams or personnel. Master’s degree in business or a healthcare‑related field. Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act or other healthcare regulatory experience.
