As a Registered Nurse at Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital, you will be responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies. You will educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post‑discharge care, promoting understanding, engagement, and self‑management. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment through diligent infection prevention practices, fall and pressure injury prevention, and active participation in quality and safety initiatives.
