OpenAI Alliance Driver - Manager

Position Overview At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing, and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These professionals drive revenue growth, promote the firm’s services, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities using market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies. The Alliance team members build strategic partnerships and co‑create solutions to address client business challenges, supporting the firm’s multi‑competency programmes. Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategy and business plan, focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, and opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. Build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between technology and PwC, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Coordinate with Alliance point partners for cohesive execution. Analyze market trends to refine pricing strategies and identify pipeline progression opportunities. Uphold exemplary standards in project delivery, client service, and professional/technical standards (including PwC tax and audit guidance). Partner with team leadership to collectively own quality, timelines, and deliverables. Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating when appropriate. Lead, coach, and develop team members, managing performance while fostering integrity and authenticity. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 5 years of alliance or relationship‑management experience. Experience managing business relationships, strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Experience working with cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Additional annual discretionary bonus potential. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal and family sick leave.
