Primary Care Physician

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Primary Care Physician, you will help individuals and families get high-value, top quality, accessible care so they can live healthier lives and thrive in their communities. Every day you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be expected to diagnose and treat acute conditions, manage chronic diseases, perform wellness exams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver whole-person care. Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Diagnose and treat acute conditions, including illnesses and minor injuries (e.g., flu, strep throat). Perform annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive health screenings. Administer immunizations and promote preventive care strategies. Manage and treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Job Requirements Required Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) Current and unrestricted Physician License to practice in applicable state Must have successfully completed a residency and / or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency ('DEA') registration Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to hospital Obtain medical staff privileges within the health system, at sponsoring institution Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly #HEC Where You'll Work In an increasingly complex system of health care, we aim to simplify the process by treating the whole person and not just a specific disease process or body system.
