We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that is self-motivated and can work independently. Experience in residential or commercial sales is preferred but not necessary.

Other Requirements

Applicants should be physically able to perform an inspection of residential and commercial structures including climbing into attics, basements, and crawl spaces. Applicants must also have a high school diploma or GED.

Pest control or Construction background is a plus but not required.

Applicants must have a valid US driving license and a clean driving record.

All new hires receive a drug test and background check.

Applicants must be willing to work some Saturdays.
