Clinical Nurse Manager Penn State Health - St. Joseph Medical Center Location: US:PA: Reading Work Type: Full Time FTE: 1.00 Shift: Day Hours: 8:00a - 4:00p Recruiter Contact: Kiara M. Cruz Morales Summary Of Position: The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for daily operations of assigned areas to include but not limited to staffing, HR functions, financial performance, quality and safety, patient/staff/physician satisfaction, compliance with regulatory agencies and policy and procedure development. The Clinical Nurse Manager will maintain clinical competency and acts as a clinical resource. The Clinical Nurse Manager is the liaison between staff members and medical staff and is an advocate for patients/family members to ensure continuity of care. Minimum Qualifications: Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Minimum of four (4) years progressive clinical leadership experience required. American Heart Association BLS required. AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required prior to the end of the orientation period Preferred Qualifications: BSN preferred. Why Penn State Health?
