Landscape Construction Project Lead / Foreman

Your Responsibilities as a Landscape Construction Project Lead Overall operations of construction project management and execution: Identify and resolve training issues to ensure high‑quality work. Maintain organization, interact with customers, and identify, propose, and sell contract‑extra work opportunities. Support and nurture a positive company culture, resolve staff issues, and ensure team members receive necessary training. Implement and maintain safety training, equipment maintenance, payroll reporting, service completion, routing and scheduling, gross‑margin tracking, and reporting to the owner. Apply Grounds Guys systems efficiently throughout the business. Manage personnel functions—including hiring, promotions, merit recommendations, disciplinary actions, and vacation scheduling—for all field personnel and staff. Return rates reflecting reliable quality control. Crew retention through a healthy team environment and accountability. Customer retention via exceptional service and strong relationships. Job Requirements for Landscape Construction Project Lead Proactive leader with a strong work ethic, self‑starter, and ability to interact with the public and employees. Extensive experience in overall landscape construction and maintenance, including artificial turf, irrigation, hardscape, concrete, landscape lighting, pavers, trees, retaining walls, drainage, plants, sod, and more. Proficiency in operating construction site equipment, heavy machinery, mowers, trimmers, tractors, and preventative maintenance. Willingness to complete any required training to obtain certifications and licenses within six months, if needed. Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.
