What You'll Do as a MIG Welder: Set up and operate MIG welding machines and related tools Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols Perform welding on various metals Inspect welds for quality, strength, and safety standards Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Knowledge of metal properties and welding safety standards Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Physical stamina (lifting, standing, working in heat) We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
