Description
  • Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and craft tailored treatment plans

  • Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure streamlined and coordinated care
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification strongly preferred
  • Specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory
Skills
  • Prior experience preferred
